Yes, we have three private coworking spaces in the clubhouse.

No, we do not offer those.

Yes, we have a large pool deck with seating along with a seating area with fire place outside the clubhouse. Also, we have benches around the community.

Yes, we have a two pet maximum.

Pet rent is $35 per month per pet

Deposit is $500 for first pet and $300 for second pet.

Yes, renters insurance is required for all residents.

6-18 month leases are available.

6-9 month leases are $150 more than 12 month price.

You can pay for rent via a personal check, cashiers check, money order, or through our secure resident portal using a debit card, credit card, or ACH bank account.

Yes, we have a large dog park and a dog wash station.

Yes, one uncovered parking spot comes with each home. The second parking spot is available for rent for $55 per month. All covered parking spots is based on availability and is not guaranteed. We also have guest parking throughout the community.

Yes, guest parking is available.

Sewer, water, trash set up by office through Conservice, and residents are billed back based on usage. Resident sets up electricity through Pacific Power and will be billed back for usage.

We have limited security cameras that cover the leasing office and exterior of the rentable storage units.
